The rules of the road for using SagarIQ — please read before enrolling in a course.
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sagariq.com and all courses, live classes, and related services offered by SagarIQ (together, the "Platform"). By registering for an account, enrolling in a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are enrolling on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and accept these Terms on the student's behalf.
The Platform is intended for school students, college students, competitive exam aspirants, professionals, and other learners. Where a student is under 18, a parent or guardian must register the account and remains responsible for the student's use of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Course fees, schedules, and content are as displayed on the Platform at the time of enrolment and are subject to change for future batches. Payment must be completed through our approved payment gateways before access to a paid course is granted. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify pricing, course content, or instructors for upcoming batches, with reasonable notice where practical.

All course content, including video lectures, notes, question banks, graphics, and the SagarIQ name and logo, is the property of SagarIQ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Enrolling in a course grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your personal learning only. No other rights are granted, and content may not be copied, modified, or distributed without prior written consent.
Most SagarIQ courses are delivered as live classes; courses under the Skills category are self-paced. Live class recordings, where made available, are provided for revision purposes only and access may be time-limited. Class schedules may occasionally change due to instructor availability or unforeseen circumstances — we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled students in advance.
SagarIQ offers a 7-day refund window on course purchases as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review that policy for eligibility conditions and the refund process.
The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality in all course material, SagarIQ does not guarantee specific academic results, exam outcomes, or job placements. Educational outcomes depend on individual effort, aptitude, and circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SagarIQ and its founders, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific course shall not exceed the amount you paid for that course.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform or a specific course if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform, with or without notice depending on severity. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Odisha, India.
